Mine is definitely Kino. I personally like a map that I am comfortable with and know everything about it. Kino is a map that I know inside and out. If I grew comfortable and played the others as many times as I played Kino than maybe I would change...but that's also if my record for highest level went to another level.....and so far no other level has beaten 53. =D
My personal favorite map is Call of the Dead.Open space, plenty of room to run around... once you develop a good strategy, its fairly simple... but dont waste your money on Shangri-La. Kino Der Toten is a very good map though, but too easy. Also try Der Riese and Shi No Numa :DFavorite black ops zombie map?

on five there are two glitches, the table glitch(witch is now unusable for live) and the barrier glitch. the table glitch which most peopke know is fairly easy. first you go to the window in the first room at the right side of the long, skinny table, then you break out the bottem two pieces of glass and place 2 pieces of your barrier on it, then go to the left side of it and glitch jump onto the boards and go up and stand on the door frame, then run jump to the skinny table. the zombies can still get u on that table so jump to the large table in the center of the room... then the barrier glitch takes a little practice, but it works. in the first room, undo the door and then go down the elevator. Just wondering if I HAVE to purchase the Hardened or Prestige edition to get the four old zombie maps from World at War for the zombie gameplay on Black Ops. If I can purchase them off the marketplace for 800-1200 points, I might do that instead, and not purchase the hardened edition. Okay so as you probably know a new map pack called "Escalation" will be released for Call of Duty: Black Ops on May 3rd for the XBOX 360, and a month later for the PS3. They all ready have the trailer out for the Multiplayer maps. But in that trailer they briefly show the new zombie map Call of the Dead. The map is set in a snowy atmosphere and you can clearly see a lighthouse in the background with the "Mystery Box" light protruding from the top.
Now we know that the original Nazi Zombie characters (Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo and Richtofen) will not be returning on this map. There is a rumor going around, started at IMDB, that the new characters will be based on real people. Those people being: Danny Trejo, Robert Englund, Michael Rooker and George A. Romero. The person who made this page on IMDB posted as "Anonymous" and also provided a plot summary for this map.
The plot reads as follows:
"A shipwrecked crew of fearless explorers are hopelessly stranded in a remote abandoned Siberian outpost. Their dream of discovering the true origins of the mysterious Element 115 unravels into a Hellish nightmare hosted by hordes of ravenous Zombies."

Hi there im kinda bored with Kino on black ops and i was wondering which of the three new zombie maps i should get and why. Should i go with ascension? Call of the Dead? what about the newest one in shangri-la? man i need some help!!Black Ops Zombie Map Pack?
Ascension is an all around great map for solo play and co-op with friends because its such a huge map with great areas for "rape trains". They are also many different and fun strategies to implement on the map such as the above mentioned rape trains which is just leading them around in sort of a "train" fashion and theres also another strategy i've seen used which is the phd flopper strategy where you buy the perk and just jump off a huge stairway, blowing the zombies up! but you're gonna wanna do this in co-op so your friends can cover you or else things can get ugly lol. Call of the Dead can be really annoying sometimes because of the special zombie ,George Romero, who follows you around all the time and worst part is you can't permanently get rid of him and if you try to shoot him you just piss him off even more and he starts attacking you. Shangri-la is a nice map if you mainly play by yourself because of all the tight hallways and areas and if you bump into them while running away from zombies then you're good as dead :/ but it is possible to play co-op in that map though, you just need a good group of people or friends and NEVER PLAY with randoms :) Overall, i'd go with ascension seeing how its the best all around map for doing anything you want solo or co-op without any annoyances(except for monkey rounds but they aren't so tough if you can kill dogs easily then the monkeys are nothing)

call of the dead has 2 new guns scavenger[like explosive thundergun] and vr11[makes zombies humans]. there is also 1 new perk. you can also get the deadly wunderwaffe
shangri la has a new shrink gun,new types of zombies such as napalm zombie,cool new traps,and a cool easter egg
overall i would pick call of the dead or shangri la,unless you want an easy map[ascension]

You need to have the Black Ops zombie code that came with the Black Ops version that cost more. The only way to get it is to buy the code off of someone online or just wait until the maps come to Xbox Live. I'm sure they will eventually.

I do not believe there is a "legal" way to get them anymore. Treyarch only made a few codes to give out at the launch of the game, both in the hardened edition and as promotions. They are all used up now, as Syndicate tried to get some to give out codes in a competition he was going to set up, but there were none to be had.

I have the original Black Ops, not hardened or prestige. I'm really tired of playing Kino Der Toten and i hate Five. I heard that theres more maps if you get Hardened but I can't find it anywhere on XBOX marketplace (unless im horribly mistaken and you cant buy hardened or prestige on marketplace). I also heard a rumor that if you download the WAW map packs then the zombie maps go directly to black ops but i dnt wanna waste my money trying it if it doesnt work. if none of that made any sense, what im trying to ask is whether you can get Hardened or Prestige on the marketplace or if u buy the WAW map packs can you put those zombie maps on Black Ops. OR, if there is any other way to get the other maps.

You just have to beat the game. But for the Retro-Style game called "Dead Ops Arcade", (Third Person Shooter) You have to watch the credits and wait until the end to unlock that. And once you have, it is avaliable to you via the "Zombies" tab in the main menu. Good playing!

Don't do the campaign if you don't want to do it!
Just press RT and LT repeatedly until you get out then go to the back of the room (at the main menu by the way) and go on the computer and type in "3ARC UNLOCK" without the quotation marks and it will say CHEAT ENABLED and then you have both maps. Secret achievement: type in "ZORK" without quotations. For all of the intel type in "3ARC INTEL" without quotations and you will unlock them all.COD Black Ops How do you unlock the other Zombie maps?
One of the maps is actually an arcade game much like Smash T.V. The other can be unlocked in at the title screen where your character is tied down. First alternate between the triggers to get him to break free. You can then find a computer and hold X to operate it. For the arcade game type in DOA

Well this is what I heard that a week or somewhat after the games release Treyarch is releaseing some sort of map pack to buy that has the Zombie maps for World at War and it should include the old maps. That's what I heard but I guess you just have to be patient and find out
When you start the game and are at title screen you press rapidley R2 and L2 on ps3 until u stand up outta your chair your straped into. Then walk around to your left you will find a computer. Click it then type in 3ARC UNLOCK, with a space inbetween. Have a nice day :)
well at the begining when you have an option to pick what you want to play like zombies multyplayer or campain you can look around that room and if you press rt lt over and over you will get out of the chair and go to the computer and type in doa
well you unlock one of them from completing the game on any difficulty then when you get done with the credits it starts you off on the new map you unlocked the new map is based in the pentagon as for the third map i have no clue how to unlock it

I think you'll need to buy them as add-ons which is stupid cause i dont want to waste my money for some zombie mode in the game which the game isn't all about that's why they made Cod:waw

Don't do the campaign if you don't want to do it!
Just press RT and LT repeatedly until you get out then go to the back of the room (at the main menu by the way) and go on the computer and type in "3ARC UNLOCK" without the quotation marks and it will say CHEAT ENABLED and then you have both maps. One of the maps is actually an arcade game much like Smash T.V. The other can be unlocked in at the title screen where your character is tied down. First alternate between the triggers to get him to break free. You can then find a computer and hold X to operate it. For the arcade game type in DOA

make sure you put a space between 3arc and unlock

I love playing the four maps in World At War and I just pre-ordered the Hardened Edition of Black Ops. I am worried that the Zombie maps included with the premium versions of the new game will be just ports of the old maps. Does anyone have any new information?
