Sorry to break the news to you, but there are no Black Ops Zombies map packs. If your thinking about the level "Five" (Where you play as JFK and Nixon and Castro... etc...) You just have to beat the game. But for the Retro-Style game called "Dead Ops Arcade", (Third Person Shooter) You have to watch the credits and wait until the end to unlock that. And once you have, it is avaliable to you via the "Zombies" tab in the main menu. Good playing!
