I dont think you can get them without that edition unless there is a dlc for it.

Is there any way to get the WaW zombie maps for black ops without the hardened edition?
Keep in mind that this is for the xbox 360. My edition of blackops is the "best selling xbox 360 game of all time" on the front and "The gold standard" on the back. I dont know if it matters or not because i think the new case just came out.
