How do i get all the black ops zombies maps? not just the first 3?

There are 8 zombie maps for Black Ops: the 3 built into the game, 1 from the First Strike Map Pack, and 4 more from World at War. The World at War classic zombie maps for Black Ops is gotten from a single use unique code from the Hardened and Prestige editions of Black Ops. So far there has been no word if/when the maps will be available to everyone, but Activision has never passed up the chance to make extra money.How do i get all the black ops zombies maps? not just the first 3?
You can unlock ALL zombie maps by doing the followings.
