No, you've got the maps in World at War, not the World at War maps in Black Ops. The graphics have had a minor increase, and there have been some other minor modifications, which means that the maps aren't the same between the two games.
So far the only way to get the 4 World at War maps in Black Ops is to use a code that comes with the Hardened and Prestige editions. Also, while there has been no word that the maps will become available to buy for everyone, Activision has never passed up a chance to make more money, and this would certainly do the job.
