A new DLC containing several muliplayer and zombie maps for Call of Duty:Black Ops on the Xbox 360 is planned to be released on Febuary 11th. You cannot obtain them right now, and they don't have codes, you need to buy them with Microsoft points. If you mean the Call of Duty: World at World maps that came bundled with the hardened and prestige editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops, you cannot obtain them unless you preordered it before the release date, since those editions were sold out world wide on it's very day of release.
