How do you transfer call of duty 5 zombie maps to Black Ops?

I recently bought the Map Bundle of all three zombie maps from World At War. My friend and I hate the small screens when on World at War, so we've been trying to transfer it to Black Ops.How do you transfer call of duty 5 zombie maps to Black Ops?
You cannot transfer map packs. You have to buy them all over again via the Rezurrection Map Pack for Black Ops. This includes:

Nacht Der Untoten
Verruct
Shi No Numa
Der Reise
Moon
You can't, you either received them free from the Hardened or Prestige Edition or you buy the latest Rezurrection map pack. It's worth the money buying the map pack. The moon is an amazing thought out map and the the original maps only add to the enjoyment. You also get a soundtrack and theme so for 15$ Treyarch finally made a good DLC.How do you transfer call of duty 5 zombie maps to Black Ops?
You can either buy the hardened edition that comes with the map or rezzurection witch comes with the maps as well. Sorry

You cant you have to buy the sessurection map pack which includes the brand new map Moon and all world at war maps...nacht der untoten...verruct...shi no numa...and der reise:)
